Kenneth R. Satterlee formed St. Croix Capital Corporation in 1981. As sole shareholder, Mr. Satterlee leveraged his diverse background in real estate development by selecting partners and projects based on integrity and ethics, spawning the creation of two adjunct entities, Kelly Capital Corporation and Danielson D.S.S.

Kelly Capital was formed to act as the owner of real estate developed by St. Croix, in strategic relationships with, among others, Lichter Venture Group, W.P. Carey and Co. and Hanover Financial. Sister comanies Delta Development and Soledad Development LLC round out the Kelly Capital Affiliates.

Danielson D.S.S. was created for purpose of financing transactions, its integration into the St. Croix group providing it a unique opportunity to assist in the placement of equity and debt for our clients. The ability to underwrite transactions beginning with initial equity through construction debt and ultimately helping to secure permanent leverage ona property are all critical components of a successfull development.
